The 5th Annual Tampa Bay Kids Triathlon has been postponed from Saturday, March 18 to Saturday, April 22 due to unusually cold weather and potentially unsafe water temperatures forecasted on race day. Updated event information will be confirmed and made available at TampaBayKidsTriathlon.com.

This event invites kids to run, bike, and swim through Adventure Island. Children ages 6-10 (junior varsity division) and 11-14 (varsity division) will once again have the opportunity to swim, bike and run in and around Adventure Island in this USA Triathlon sanctioned event. Plus, Busch Gardens will provide course entertainment throughout the race and the first 400 pre-registered participants will receive a complimentary ‘Stay and Play’ ticket to Adventure Island (valid race day only)!
Participants will also collect a race-day “Swag Bag,” which will include an Under Armour® T-shirt, and have the chance to enter and win a youth ‘Specialized’ brand children’s road bike, courtesy of Cycle Sports Concepts. All competitors will be given a finisher’s medal upon completion of the race and the top three in each category will earn a trophy and an additional Adventure Island ticket to recognize their achievement.
