Who can create an account?

Anyone who created an account during their transaction on can login to access order history and account information.


Active and expired Pass Members with a US zip code on their account can create an account to view special offers and discounts, in addition to their order history and account information.


Note: Expired Pass Members can access the website to renew their Passes, but will not have access to special offers until their Pass has been renewed. At this time, non-US Pass Members are unable to log in. We are working on this update so that all Pass Members will be able to create their accounts.


Registration Restrictions

Pass Members under the age of 13 cannot register an email address to their barcode or save any account information. They will, however, have access to specific renewal offers for their Pass when logged in. To access and purchase a renewal offer specific to a child’s Pass, the Pass Member and/or their family member will need to login using the barcode login at the bottom of the Create Account page.

What’s available to Pass Members on the website?

Log in to unlock Pass Member exclusive benefits and offers. Once logged in, Pass Members have access to all the following and more:

• Exclusive Offers

• Discounted Products

• Pass Renewal Savings

• EZpay account 

How do I create an account?

Step 1: Go to the log in page.

Step 2: Enter your email address. If you have previously signed up for an account on our website, please use that email address.

Step 3: Enter a password. If you have created an account previously, you will be prompted to enter the password associated with the email address provided. If you have not previously created an account, please create a password at least eight (8) characters long, including at least one (1) number, one (1) uppercase letter, and one (1) lowercase letter.

Step 4: Enter your Pass barcode. Note: Barcode is the 16-digit number that begins with the letter “A” located at the bottom of your printed Pass or on your digital Pass eTicket.

Step 5: Enter the Zip Code associated with the credit card used to purchase your Pass.

I just bought a Pass. What’s next?

If you bought your Pass online, you have the option to redeem your online order at a park kiosk for a printed Pass or you can use your digital Pass eTicket just like you would a normal Pass. When you're ready to create your Pass Member account, enter your email address and fill out the requested information on the Create Account page

I have multiple Passes on my account. Can I redeem offers for the other Passes?

Yes, Pass Members can access offers for other Pass Members on their account. When an offer is limited per Pass Member, you can redeem it for other Pass Members in your household by either creating an account with their barcode and a separate email address for each Pass OR by logging in with their barcode and zip code at the bottom of the Create Account page.

You can also attempt to add the pass to your account for easier management. Login to your account and select the "Add a Pass" box. (Note: not all passes are able to be merge - most often because a separate account has already been created for them... in this case, please access the offers with their barcode and zip code as noted above).

I have a Pass for multiple SeaWorld Parks. Do I need to create an account on each website?

Multi-park Pass Members only need to create one online account. Once created, the same account can be used across all SeaWorld & Busch Gardens family of parks websites. 

Why can’t I update my account?

If you logged in using your barcode and zip code, you will be unable to update any account information.

You will need to sign up using your email address and password to update account information. 

What can I update in my account?

Once you've logged in using your email address and password, you'll be able to perform various maintenance on your account:

  • Update Address/Phone Number
  • Update Password

Further, EZpay members can also perform installment plan updates

  • Make advanced payments 
  • Update Credit Card & Billing Address

I have an expired Pass (or my Pass is about to expire) and want a new one, what do I do?

If you already created an online account using your expired Pass: Log in using your email address and password. Then click the Renew button next to your Pass information. On that page, you can choose from your exclusive renewal offers.

If you did not create an online account using your expired Pass: Create an account with your expired Pass' barcode or log in using your barcode. Then click the Renew button next to your Pass information. On that page, you can choose from your exclusive renewal offers. 

I just bought a Pass and I want to link it to my previous Pass Member account.

Any new Pass purchased on a park website, front gate or over the phone will not be automatically tied to a previous online profile; however, you can login to your account & add those to your profile using the "Add a Pass" box in your account page (as long as they have not already been attached to another profile). Only Passes purchased through the online renewal offers will be automatically linked to your profile.
